I've moved on...
...to a different domain. Why, what were you thinking? The truth is, I just woke up one day and decided it's time for a change—a metamorphosis, if you will; or, in layman's terms, if Britney can shave her head, then maybe so can I? Nevertheless, it's been a rather handsome 10 years of talking to you, and thank you for putting up with all my moodswings and terrible dad jokes. Fear not! The hormonal imbalance and jokes are more terrible on CUBICLE, see you there.

Took a train down to Portsmouth with Ellen to visit the D-Day museum and spend a day at the beach. The weather was a bit too chilly to relax on the pebbles but we did windsurf on the boardwalk. The wind literally pushed us down the far side of the beach where we had to refuel ourselves with cotton candy and icecream to propel back against the monster. I must say, something about cotton candy makes you feel like you have an extra limb and wheels on your toes, or was that just us high on sugar.

British seaside is so lovable, the colours and the smell… feels so good taking a break from the city.

I have nothing intelligent to declare today, except that my boyfriend, now back home in Poland, keeps sighting cute baby deers & rabbits in his garden while all I meet are dog & fox poo all too close to my shoes. So I suggest the man maybe you would like to catch a deer and give it to your girlfriend as a pet-gift at the airport like all good boyfriends do, and he’s all but noo they aall run fasttttt, and that he got outrun trying to catch a tiny baby rabbit the other day, it runs threee times as fast as I dooooo. I think it may be clear to say that I will already have a cute whiny pet waiting for me at the airport next Wednesday and I will have to adopt him.

Summer is definitely not here yet in London, I’m sitting here with my hoodie hood over my head and feeling the need for an extra pair of gloves. Alright it’s not that cold, but it’s not blazin hot like summer that’s what I’m trying to say. On one hand I can still layer as much as I want to, and layering is probably the only reason I wish we can fast-forward the months of June, July and August – but on the other hand you, stuck in a normal midsummer’s eve, will look at me and sweat from the eyeballs.

Also, is it just me or is everyone else feeling that the blogging world has been sluggish these past few months? I no longer find myself cautiously opening Bloglovin’ like I’m opening an overstacked refridgerator, the number of new posts flying out just aren’t as overwhelming as before. No, I don’t check Bloglovin every 30 minutes if that’s what you’re thinking. My genius theory is this, bloggers have finally started to get lives. As disappointing that sounds, here’s me thinking it’s something to be celebrated.

Spent the day going to church, shopping with Ellen, dipping in and out of the sun on Oxford street, then ending up in Hyde Park with a bagfull of snacks. Overall very peaceful day full of highstreet store dissing and R-Rated lovescenes in the park and I’m not talking about dirty horny pigeons.

I move twice every year. Househunting in September: move #1, and in June once school ends, move everything into storage: move #2. This is move #2, hauling everything into storage. All evidence of my London life is divided in boxes now, moving sucks balls.
